Heads Inc was established in 1998 in New York by So Takahashi. So has been living in 3 different cities (His native Yokohama Japan, New York USA and Oslo Norway) and still traveling between the 3 cities. His design is similar to his life, border less, adoptable, and flexible.
The basis for Heads Inc has been to combine commercial work with an on going exploration of design that floats between the different dimensions; 2D, 3D, audio. Whether it is a package design, music, a window display or a furniture, it is all part of the same exploration and creative process of designing an output – an expression.
